City Hall to light up for World Down’s Syndrome Day 2020

Lord Mayor of Belfast, Councillor Daniel Baker is pictured alongside three year old Lucius Corey, a member of the Families with Ups and Downs support group, to announce that Belfast City Hall will be lighting up blue and yellow on Saturday 21 March to mark World Down’s Syndrome Day 2020. World Down’s Syndrome Day celebrates people with Down’s Syndrome highlighting the vital role they play in our lives and communities. The illumination will also celebrate the 50th anniversary of the formation of the Down’s Syndrome Association of Northern Ireland.
